Ertiyad Holding Group is a Saudi closed joint-stock company, interested in investing in the main sectors. The group started its investment activities in 2010, and moved forward towards the future at a steady pace and renewable investment visions.
 
In 2017, the group expanded its investment activities through establishing a company specialized in a real estate company in an upward trend to diversify activities and lay the main pillars of the group's investment portfolio.
 
In 2020, the ministerial approval to convert the group into a closed joint stock company of a promising entity looking towards the future with clear visions and aspirations set in accordance with clear and unmistakable criteria, was issued. In 2021, the group reinforced its investments in in the industrial sector by establishing an industrial company.
